Whether you're after the classics, or something a little different...we have a selection of drinks inspired by our loved ones, family recipes and flavours close to our hearts. 

Our menu features the six core cocktails that we believe provide the basis for the vast majority of cocktails, our ‘Solci Cocktails’ inspired by and created in honour of those we love, and our ‘Twisted Classics” showcasing popular and classic cocktails with our own CELESTE flair. 

Our cocktails are full of fresh ingredients, high quality spirits and a whole lot of love and passion. We do our best to make everything from scratch, and so all of our drinks can be served gluten free or vegan.

 Our wine list is curated to reflect all of us here at Celeste.  We aim for our wine list to be ever evolving, to allow us to represent a wide range of grape varieties from both old world and new world.  

We now live in a world where the variety of grape available to us as consumers is so incredibly vast. When creating this wine list, we wanted to present something unique, giving our customers the opportunity to try some really beautiful wines that aren’t commonly featured on wine lists, but still covering the flavour profiles most of you are familiar with and desire from your glass of wine.

 We have included a number of Argentinian wines, linking to our Argentinian family, travels and culture – and opted for an Argentinian Sparkling in place of Prosecco, as it is traditionally a drink to celebrate, and we are celebrating our culture and loved ones. Sharing culture and meaning is our passion. We personally curate every aspect of our menu and atmosphere to ensure that our customers feel they have had the full CELESTE cultural experience. 

Whilst we are a cocktail and wine bar, and not a restaurant, we offer a small selection of 'mezza' (Afro-Arab tapas) which are perfect to accompany your drinks, and also a collection of light brunch dishes throughout the daytime. 

Our food menu is a fusion of coffee shop favourites, afro-arab cuisine and tapas. Inspired by Abda's Sudanese and Egyptian culture, her travels and family and friends located across the world. 

We serve both a Brunch and Tapas menu and are passionate about catering safely for allergies and special dietary requirements.

We also offer catering through our affiliate business HALA, and run our monthly Cultural Cuisine Club at our shop ABDA, Northwich where you can try family recipes from all over the world!
