Northwich’s only Speciality Cultural Coffee Shop!

Our journey started with our coffee shop ABDA in Northwich, back in 2018.  Having featured in Cheshire Life in the “top ten coffee spots in Cheshire”, a finalist in “Cafe of the Year 2023” and featuring in the Indy Coffee Guide 2023 as one of the top coffee shops in the North West...we have become known for our great coffee!

 All of our coffee is speciality, grade A coffee which means it is the highest grade of coffee in the world! 

Abda found that in every country she has visited, she could see the culture’s heart and soul reflected in the countries’ food and drink. 

Both our food and drinks menus reflect this and bring a number of cultures under one roof. Our 'Cultural Experiential Drinks' showcase drinks from all around the world,  served authentically and in line with the culture from which they originate, and our food menu features authentic Sudanese and Egyptian dishes that Abda and her family enjoy at home.

At HALA, located within ABDA, Northwich, we are handcrafting Cacao, Cake and Cultural Fusion Cuisine from scratch to original recipes.

CACAO - Artisan Chocolates produced by hand with our own original flavours. We want to develop a chocolate brand which not only continues our ethos, but introduces fusion elements to emphasise the complex flavour profile of cacao, from its journey from bean to chocolate. 

CAKE - We offer freshly baked, handmade and hand-decorated celebration and wedding cake, always baked from scratch to our own original recipes.

CUISINE - We provide Cultural Fusion Catering; fusing a number of cultures and recipes from family and friend across the world. All our cuisine is lovingly made from scratch to our own recipes. If we can make it ourselves, we do!
