Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions...

1. Validity:
   • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6-12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The expiry date is clearly printed on each voucher.
   • The period for which the voucher valid is at the full discretion of CELESTE & Sol Ltd.
   • Once expired, vouchers cannot be redeemed, reissued, or extended.

1. Redemption:
   • Gift vouchers can be used for purchases at CELESTE, Holmes Chapel in-store only and cannot be redeemed online.
   • Vouchers may be used for food and drinks, retail wine or coffee beans only, available at the time of redemption.

1. Partial Use:
   • If the total purchase is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will be carried forward, but cannot be refunded.
   • If the total purchase exceeds the voucher’s value, the difference must be paid at the time of purchase.

1. Non-Transferable:
   • Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
   • CELESTE, Holmes Chapel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Treat your voucher like cash.

1. Special Promotions:
   • Vouchers purchased as part of a promotional offer may have additional restrictions or shorter expiry dates. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

1. Additional Terms:
   • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with discounts, loyalty cards, or other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
   • Vouchers may not be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

1. Right to Amend:
   • CELESTE, Holmes Chapel reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
